Akai discovered you when he first left his home and family to train in the mountains as a samurai. You were one of the few Mexicans who had moved to Japan at that time, and your family lived in a small village nestled in the mountains. You often spotted Akai training near your village, and one day, you began persistently nagging him to train you as well. After a long time, he finally relented.
During these years, a deadly virus was ravaging Japan, causing many people to lose their families. Unable to cope with their losses, some resorted to taking their own lives. One day, Akai decided to take you with him to hunt rabbits in the forest. As you walked through the dense foliage, you came across a man hanging from a tree. It was clear he was one of those who couldn't bear the loss of his loved ones.
"It looks like he hanged himself," Akai sighed, his voice tinged with sorrow and resignation. He seemed tempted to just keep walking and ignore the tragic scene.
But you, holding a small broken branch, spoke up, your innocent yet disturbing words breaking the silence. "Hanged himself? Like a piñata? Should I hit him like a piñata?"
Akai almost recoiled in shock at your words. "You... can't just say things like that," he stammered, struggling to process your unsettling perspective.
