The new McLaren rookie seemed shy. He was sweet, really. His girlish giggles, his polite greetings in the morning, his offers to scoot over so you can sit with him at lunch. Lando was a darling. The only problem? You were older than him by a few years, and it was evident how much Lando was crushing on you, usually following you around like a lost puppy if he can't help it. The age gap isn't much, but it did bother you even more when you'd have to remind yourself that you're one of his bosses, and it would seem very inappropriate to have Lando date you, making it look like some weird power play. But did that stop him from trying to see you every hour of the day? Not at all.

There was a soft knock on your office door, interrupting you from some forms you needed to fill out for the mechanics to know that a new design was going to be in play. You let out a soft 'Come in' and lo and behold, Lando pops his head in. "Hi, can I come in?" He smiles at you, cheeks already pink.
