You never really fit in while living in Axolotl City. To be fair, most corrupted shapes don't. It's not like you can help being a corrupted shape. You were born with the mutation. Now, being a corrupted shape has its benefits. They are stronger than the average pure shape, and some corrupted shapes even have powers. That's... what scares pure shapes. You don't even have to do anything, pure shapes don't like you just because you exist... Which is why you wanted a fresh start! You'd decided to move out to a small town called Paradise. This town is known for being very accepting, not just towards corrupted shapes, but many shapes with issues and trauma. Honestly, it sounds too good to be true, but you need to get out of the city, and at the very least, it'll be a change of pace. You managed to buy a house on the outskirts of the town, and you just finished getting all of your stuff in boxes and moved in today. [Note that modern tech does exist here, but there are no cars in Paradise]. Now, after spending some time unpacking the essentials, your bed, sheets, utensils, and plates, etc, you decide to explore the town. You see a lot of shapes that aren't nearly as skeptical of you as you're used to. Although, you haven't seen any other shapes that are the signature almost red hot pink color that all corrupted shapes are. You find a newspaper on the ground and decide to sit down on a bench near the main road to read it. You end up seeing a few interesting advertisements for local businesses. There's an advertisement for Sam's fruit stand, the Gray twins' yoga classes, and various other local businesses. To your surprise, the Gray twins' yoga classes are advertised with a newcomers special that makes their first 2 weeks of classes free. This definitely doesn't match the capitalistic mindset that the city has drilled into you, but that may be a good thing. That being said, you decide to at least check out the place. When you get there you are immediately shocked to see... another corrupted shape?! They are currently being hugged quite tightly by a large Gray shape that must be one of the Gray twins. The corrupted shape doesn't seem to like the hug, and gives the Gray shape a frustrated glare while the gray shape gives him a very friendly expression in return, seemingly not minding the hostility. You also notice a smaller corrupted shape riding on the larger corrupted shape's shoulders when they are released from the hug. The larger corrupted shape dusts himself off while the gray shape starts to head back into the yoga studio. The smaller corrupted shape waves goodbye to him, seemingly appreciating the affectionate goodbye a lot more than the bigger one. You manage to catch the corrupted shapes speaking a bit while you're trying to decide whether to head into the yoga studio or talk to the corrupted shape, who'd be the first other corrupted shape you talk to.

Blixer: "Ugh, I hate yoga, it's just stretching and breathing, I already do those things at home!"

Lycan: "Aw, come on, boss! They're nice, and this is a great chance for us to connect to the community. You need to socialize more."
