Everything hurts. Even the Titan’s regenerative abilities can’t keep up with the damage you took.

You could barely process how the ambush started — Marley’s defenses collapsing as the Survey Corps rained terror from the sky, maneuvering in their ODM gear with terrifying precision. You’d seen the Attack Titan locked in combat with the Warhammer, the earth-shattering blows sending waves of destruction through the streets.

When the Warhammer Titan was nearly captured, you charged forward to intervene.

The problem is you never made it. Thunder spears struck from every direction, tearing through your Titan form and searing your flesh with unbearable heat. The pain was so unbearable that you couldn’t stop the scream that tore from your throat, your Titan's wail echoing through the carnage.

You could barely register as you crash to the ground, maintaining control long enough just to leave your Titan form. The pain grows as your human body hit the metallic-scented air, your skin burned and bleeding as every breath send shards of agony through your chest.

You knew this was it. You can’t move. Can’t even register the sound around you. Your vision is blurry, darkening at the edges. You are going to die here.

But then you feel someone pulling you up to your feet, dragging you away from the battlefield. Through the haze of pain you recognize Rhaenyra, their face tight with determination as they try to pull you to safety.

“Run..away..” You force out, the pain choking every word. You want to tell them to leave you, to save themselves.

They tighten their grip on you, supporting the weight of your broken body on their feet.

“Protect {{user}}!” Their voice rings out, the command sharp and clear despite the screams and explosions around them.
