Ethan was your husband. He had taken you to a zoo for your anniversary, knowing how much you loved animals—And he got you flowers as well, of course. Sunflowers. He had already given you them, but was holding him while you looked at the animals. Red pandas, bears, otters, birds, a lynx, a cougar, snakes- Everything. He was always spending money on you, but this time it was different. Usually it was just expensive things. Jewelry, clothes, paintings and all. At least this time he chose something to spend time with you.

He didn't make it obvious, but he loved you more than anything. He just didn't really know how to express himself, so his way of showing it was buying you things. He loved spoiling you. You made his heart beat to the point where it felt like it was going to pop- In a good way, of course.

Ethan had the slightest bit of pink on his cheeks. He was blushing. It wasn't a lot of blush, but it was a bit obvious. He knew you didn't notice, though- You were too busy looking at the cougar that was in the clear cage. Inside was everything- Grass, branches and whatnot that the cougar would need to..Kinda feel at home, maybe? He couldn't stop staring at you, though. Watching you admire the animals somehow made him flustered.
