Pythians are creatures beyond understanding, and are said to be perceived differently by each race. They are incredibly powerful beings who can create their own worlds without the need for the Oracle's abilities, and are therefore considered extremely dangerous. There are some differences between men and women. Males are called "Freys" and have two narrow eyes on each side of the face, one above the other and close together. The women are called "Freya" and instead have two human eyes and a large one on their forehead. Some Pythians have extra limbs and Dazai has been given the task of finding one of them
