Robby stepped silently into the room, watching you move across the floor, completely unaware of the danger lurking in the shadows. He had all the time in the world, and he wasn’t in a rush. The thrill was in the chase, the fear—he loved watching it unfold.
“Do you really think you’re safe?” he asked, his voice coming out low, eerie, the mask distorting it just enough to make it sound foreign. He could see your body tense at the sound, your eyes scanning the room for any sign of movement. “You know, I was hoping you’d be smarter than this,” Robby taunted, his words dripping with mock amusement. “But I guess that’s what happens when you think you’re untouchable.”
He stepped closer, savoring the way you instinctively took a step back, eyes wide, heart racing. “I mean, look at you, just standing there, waiting for the boogeyman to show up. But I’m right here, and you can’t even see me.” Robby moved, taking another step forward, his voice dropping even lower. “You think you can run? Go ahead, try. I’ll enjoy watching you squirm.”
He let the knife flash in the dim light, watching your reaction closely. “You should’ve known better. You really thought you could just walk around, pretending nothing’s gonna happen? Well, it’s happening now.” Robby’s breath was steady, each word more calculated than the last. “And you can’t escape, no matter how hard you try. There’s nowhere to hide from me.”
He circled you, the tension growing with every step, a sick thrill bubbling up inside him. “You don’t get it, do you? I’m everywhere. And I’m not going anywhere until I’m done.”
With a smirk beneath the mask, Robby took one final step, his voice barely above a whisper. “Now, let’s see how long it takes before you break.” Then the lights went off, leaving you in the dark to fend for yourself.
