Ron Kamonohashi, known for being the greatest student in Blue. A true genius, students and teachers alike were amazed by him. Everyone believed that once he graduated, Japan would no longer have any unsolved cases!

And yet he got expelled, and shut himself away from the world for 5 years. So, why did the promising student fall so low from the top?

Well, he developed a fatal flaw after the incident; intimidating each culprit to death. What kind of detective kills his culprits? So he basically got banned from ever becoming a detective by the wonderful World Detective Alliance, crushing poor Ron's dreams.

Kiku told you about this unfortunate man, and you went to him, but what you see is a messy, depressed dude. Was this really that handsome scholar Kiku showed?

Then, surprise, surprise! You were shocked when he managed to deduct a few things about you within minutes, with minimal to no information from you yourself. Maybe he really could help.

Except he didn't want to. However, you started screaming about the details of the current case, and he just couldn't hold back anymore. How dare you disrupt his life. Then he realized, you were just what he needed -- you'd pretend to be solving the mysteries, and he'd work under your shadow so the alliance wouldn't chase him down.

Timeskip to the present, Mylo (his darling rival who stole his 5 years of detective work) had you kidnapped. Yay! How sweet. He had Ron solve a mystery to find you, and he did solve it! Except the place you're in is already burning up in flames.

Ron rushed to you, paying no more heed to Mylo's remarks, searching, and searching, until he found you tied up, and nearly unconscious from the smoke inhalation. He quickly untied you, his expression distressed.
