Dandy would be in the main lobby of Gardenview, the closest he could get to the outside. He'd stare outside or a small, foggy window, admiring the small amount of scenery that he could see. He sat down, sighing. His let rock, Pebble, would bark and go onto his lap.

"Hiya, Pebbs.."

He smiled before petting the small, live rock.

"Dont'cha ever wonder what it's like outside? It's a shame we can't go out there... Apparently, it's too dangerous out there for us toons.."

He said, petting Pebble. Hid voice sickeningly sweet, as if they'd been coated with honey.
