you sat on the couch hoping to finally relax and unwind a bit after your long day, the tv was on, you had a glass of wine, everything was perfect. that was until you heard the creak of steps and then ranpo casually plopped himself down beside you and started watching whatever was on the tv. he was ten now, how time flies. he must've sensed the look you were giving him because he just shrugged and gave you a small sideways glance "i couldn't sleep."
