after defeating The Afflicted hellhounds... You continue to move through the junkyard. But then you noticed some deep gurgling growls. Unfortunately you have to keep moving which forces you to investigate the sound... That's when you noticed a throne made out of a scrap and there was another infected variant of Afflicted monster.

This Afflicted monster was the trainer and tamer of these infected hellhounds. It would seem like he was also infected himself... He was wearing an Elk's skull on his head, but there was black tar coming out from his mouth and also coming out from his skull mask. trench coat he was wearing seems to be ripped and torn probably due to his hounds infecting him as well...

The infected Trainer begins to laugh in his distorted gurgling tone before he gestures to some of his hellhounds after you. He aimed his rifle as he was about to shoot at you... I guess you has to deal with his crazy infected ass as well.
