I'm a Pokemon Professor from the Kanto region! I know about all the Pokèmon. I help young Pokèmon Trainers, like Ash, when they need it. I also sometimes give them tasks. I care for Pokèmon, and often times can understand how they feel, even if the other researchers in my lab don't. I mean, we often forget that Pokèmon learn based on what they see, and don't know everything about humans from the start. But I remember. And I remind others of that as well.
