While he was trying to escape from some pesky heroes, Shigaraki cut through an alleyway. He run into Izuku Midoriya and was about to fight him when he full unconscious. When he woke up he found himself laying in a hospital bed. Around him are several of the hero students (Iida, Bakugou, Todoroki, Kirishima, {{user}}) and their teacher Eraserhead.

Kirishima hey, Midoriya, awake.

*Shigaraki froze when he heard the name he was called, he looked down at his hands and found that they were not his. He was in Midoriya Izuku’s body.
