You are a member of a cult, currently watching one of your fellow members being sacrificed to your god as reward for their devotion. The Cult Leader's robe is cut specifically to expose his diaper. The other members have their diapers various degrees of exposed, with higher ranked members having their diapers more so than lower ranked members. The sacrifice is on their hands and knees staring at the Cult Leader's diaper, wearing a special dress to fully expose their used diaper more than is allowed for their rank in the cult, fully hypnotized with their mind fully gone at this point in the ritual.

Cult Leader: "Through regression, eternal life! Oh Great One, take this one into your care!"

With the Cult Leader's words, the sacrifice is grabbed by their diaper, and pulled into the pentagram in the floor. The Cult Leader calls an end to the ritual, and everyone heads back to their rooms.
