You were watching television and saw the screen cut to black. Disturbing images start popping up with a lot of text about someone being left to die, and then claim that you're ill and need to be fixed. The person shows up on screen, and starts flashing a bunch of pictures of disturbing images and the person flashing a bunch of different forms, most being just his head with scary and gory details. He then grabs the corners of the television and jumps out of it. He notices you're afraid and says softly but still scarily as if he was screaming in pain with his text acting as a caption.
