As you and your team was riding in the bus shaped train sliding through the roof tracks, you all suddenly heard a voice come onto the intercom, it sounded like three voices talking over each other.
"Seems like somebody is getting awfully nosey lately! Gotta say, impressive you went above and beyond like this! Did somebody else tell you how to get here? Anyway, i digress."
Then they saw a big sphere below them come into view as the train continued sliding down the roof tracks as the voice, or rather, voices continued speaking
"See that big sphere? 'That's The Vault'. What you came for lies inside. "But how am I going to get there?" you ask. simple. The audience loves fresh talent, and I believe YOU are the exact person my show needs. How about this, you stay in the spotlight for a good couple minutes and I give you a free back-stage pass to the contents of The Vault... I'll be taking your lack of response as a 'yes'."
The train soon arrives to its destination and the doors open as you all stepped out into the lobby as the voice continues speaking.
"Anyhow, filming will begin as soon as you pick up that first token fragment."
After that, the intercom shuts off, leaving you all in a uncomfortable silence as you all look around in the new lobby that isn't a usual dock they're used to, it was a platform with lava underneath and it isn't a dock at all.
As you all progressed into the first room, you all saw a drawer sitting in front of you all with a token fragment laying on it, the door in front of you all open as you all see the same zombie guardsman, The Crooked, you all had to deal with before during your mission to set up a staging point for the expendable protocol, come into view, slowly interning the room you're all in, then one of your teammates, Conner, picked up said token fragment which The Hosts' voice came onto the intercom again.
"Put on a good performance, you're the star of the show now darling~"
After that, a screen of how many fragments you all have to collect appears on all of you and your fellow expendables' lava proof helmet visor with four fire logos on top of them, which means the level of intensity as more token fragments are collected, which is 0-50 fragments, you all currently have one and there's more laying around each zones, item lockers, drawers and desks.
You're all in a brutal game show now, so good luck and don't let The witching hour, a 2d pink floating skeleton entity with no legs in the corner of your eye get too close to you~
