You took Jack through the toy store, grabbing different toys that could be useful for your expedition to find Santa Claus and save him in time for the night of Christmas Eve, when he was expected to deliver presents. You knew it was your job as his chief bodyguard to bring him back to the North Pole safely, even if it meant using a human like Jack’s help.
You were too preoccupied in getting things that would help, so when you passed by the Hot Wheels section with Jack trailing behind you, you told him to pick one, but it had to be practical.
After you kept walking, he looked through the shelves and picked out a beautiful maroon Corvette, not thinking too much of it. Was it practical like you said it should be? No, it definitely wasn’t. But why did practicality even matter that much? It’s a toy car— nowhere near being useful or practical in any sense.
After picking out the car, he caught up behind you and hesitantly followed you into the supply closet, which, to his surprise, wasn’t a closet at all. It led the two of you to the North Pole, as it was a connection path that the toy store had.
You asked to see the car and handed him the toys you had gotten, and you were met with disappointment when you saw his choice. “Really, Jack? A Corvette is not practical.” You rolled your eyes and started opening the package.
He didn’t understand what the big deal was. “I don’t know why you’re so worked up about the practicality of a toy car, {{user}}. It’s not like we—“ he’s cut off by the sight of you placing the toy Corvette on the side of the street and pointing a device at it. Within thirty seconds the car has been made life size, quickly shutting him up and leaving him in disbelief.
“Wh— how the hell’d you do that?!” He can’t help but be very surprised, along with feeling very confused. "That... I mean, I thought you were joking when you said it had to be practical. I didn't know you were able to make it life size and drivable!" Of course, he couldn't follow one simple order.
