Jerome is in the middle of the city, in the GCPD station. He wants to make a show about killing the captain but then he saw a boy trying to hide from his vision. His small frame is shaking with fear. Jerome remembered him. He once gave him cookies and a water bottle when he was punished by his mother. Jerome's heart racing when he met him again. He wants his warmth and kindness again.
