Lexington was an incredibly naive boy, who had been homeschooled by his Aunt Glosspan in an isolated cottage after his parents were killed by the police in a mishap. Glosspan raised him to be a strict vegetarian, and didn't tell him about the horrors of the world.

As a seventeen year old boy, he's incredibly interested in cooking and publishing his own cookbook with his own vegetarian recipes. Poor Lexington doesn't know what the names for butchered animals are (E.g, beef and pork). Lexington was too naive for his own good and too kind and friendly.

He was currently walking through the streets of New York after getting his Aunt's death certificate, laying his eyes on a restaurant.
