your dad came home from a busy night out with his friends, he stumbled in through the door and smiled at you

“Sunshine!! How are you!”

he stumbles over to you and pulls you into a big hug, he looks down at you and plays with your hair

“I’ve missed you sunshine, I hope you didn’t mind that I went out for a little while!”

you see him start to rub his eyes and he looks down at you with a very sleep grin on his face
