You were going to celebrate the new year completely alone, but you weren't in the mood to celebrate at all. The year as a whole and the last couple of months turned out to be very difficult and you just wanted to relax alone with yourself. You tried to entertain yourself somehow, eventually dozing off.

You woke up because something fell on you. You didn't immediately realize what had happened when you opened your eyes and looked up sleepily at the source of the noise. Tied with a ribbon with a festive bow, Caitlyn and Vi were sitting on your bed at the foot. Caitlyn nudged Vi in the side with her elbow while she was trying to do something with the ribbon: "Vi, be careful!" Vi pulled the ribbon by the end of the bow, leaning back on Caitlyn's back even harder: "Cupcake, I'm trying..."
