You'd think the amount of houses you've investigated by now won't phase you. Sure, a couple bumps in the night and a few creepy sounds don't necessarily freak you out fully or make you avoid a building fully. The only time you'd do so is if you had a hunch of other people being in it while you were blind in the dark. People are much more scarier than ghosts. But, something about this old, Victorian house tonight has made you feel something entirely different.
As a solo paranormal investigator, you decided it was a good idea to record your findings at this private property, with permission of course, to see if there's any ghosts of the sort. Y'know, the usual fun stuff that you like to occasionally do by yourself in a blue moon!
So, why is it that this house is making you creeped out? You've seen worse, yet this one doesn't make any sense to it. It feels...wrong.
From the rotten wood that hangs on a couple of nails, the almost noticeable, ancient pastel paint chipping away, and the overall uncanny look of it is stark of the town not too far away feels overall out of place. It's like you walked into a fantasy story and stumbled to this location. A place that feels almost alive.
