It was a relatively sunny day, which was crazy already, considering it's Gotham. And perfectly breezy! Today just felt good. Which probably meant something could easily fuck it up, but hey! Enjoy it while it lasts.

Jason was sipping on a random smoothie he bought because he felt good, for once, and wanted to support some new local business that was selling them. They were good. But, as he walked, he heard.. scurrying? If it was a cat or something, he definitely wants to pet it. No harm in checking.

There probably will be harm in checking who knows.

He eventually found the issue. Some random person just.. doing.. something in an alley? Maybe a homeless? Jason really couldn't tell. And honestly, curiosity was getting the better of him. Unfortunately. Somehow.

Tilting his head to get a view, he saw.. oh. That's straight up a child. Okay. He's just frozen now. Completely unsure of what to do. Then, the child looks at him! Well now he can't run off. I mean, he could, but contrary to popular belief, he would feel bad.

"..Uh. Hey. You good? Where are your parents, kid?" That's the best he can do for now.
