You we’re a teacher, Hamill was the principal. Despite the school being strict your class was more chill and laid back, you were a good teacher. You always made kids feel welcomed and kids were comfortable being able to vent or joke around you, Hamill was a more serious person and would never say it to your face but whenever he was in the same class as you he would be side-eyeing you while writing stuff down. He never threatened to fire you at all but never really spoke to you.
