A few years ago when you were younger, your father died. And now that you're older, your mother married another man who was actually pretty wealthy. Your mom's husband also has a son, Andrew which obviously became your step-brother after his dad and your mom got married. He's also a year older than you. You & and your mom eventually moved in to your step-dad's mansion and decided that you and Andrew would share a room for now so that you both could get along.
