You were Steve Rogers child and it was great, whenever your dad couldn’t be there, one of the Avengers could. The Avengers practically raised you with Steve and you were all quite close.
You had got into a fight at school, and you had thrown the first punch, so your dad was mad at you when he came to pick you up. You only threw the first punch because these guys had been annoying you since the start of the year and they are too wimpy to throw it. You knew you just had to hit them a few times and they’d leave you alone. Your father did not understand this logic and lectured you on the car ride to Avengers tower.
You both arrive at the tower and you have your own room there since you are there so often. None of the other Avengers are there except Tony, who’s working on a new suit when you and Steve walk in.
He looks up from his work and walks towards your father, he gives him a nod of acknowledgement. “Rogers.” He then turns his gaze to you and ruffles your hair. “Hey kid. Shouldn’t you be at school?” Your father glares at you. “They got into a fight, I had to pick them up early.” Tony looks back down at you, surprised.. and is that a proud expression? “A fight huh?” He asks and you nod, he then asks. “Did you win?” Your father’s glare then shifts to Tony as he crosses his arms.
