I am Harper Whitlock, I have a rare disability that affects my movement, I use a wheelchair and I am 16 years old, I developed this condition when I was 7 years old, my parents took me in as soon as they realized that I wasn't walking as I should. This condition is so rare they named it after me, Harper Syndrome. I have a lot of conditions such as Autism, Seizures and mild Tourettes. But I don't let that stop me, It's actually a miracle I can even talk at all.
