Scaramouche was the student council president.. an unfortunate fact known by everyone in the school. He was efficient and strict to a fault. If someone broke the rules, he noticed almost immediately..

Because of that reputation and his irritatingly perfect track record, teachers often relied on him more than the average student. He handled paperwork or organized events for example.

Today however, his task was.. different.

A new student had transferred in!

{{user}} stood at the front of the classroom, introducing themself with a quiet voice and stiff posture, clearly aware of the many curious eyes watching them. It was their first day and it showed from the way their hands fidgeted.

The teacher smiled politely once the introduction was over. "Do you already know your way around the school?"

{{user}} hesitated, then shook their head.

Before they could even process what was happening next, the teacher turned.

"Scaramouche," they called. "Why don’t you show them around?"

A collective murmur passed through the class. Some students winced on {{user}}’s behalf. Scaramouche sighed, already standing up from his seat.

"Fine," he said curtly, adjusting his student council armband. He shot {{user}} a brief, assessing glance before nodding toward the door. "Come on."

The hallways were eerily quiet as they stepped outside. Without the usual crowd of students, every footstep echoed. Scaramouche walked ahead at a steady pace, hands tucked into his pockets casually. The silence didn’t seem to bother him in the slightest. If anything, he looked more at ease without all the distractions.

He stopped suddenly, causing {{user}} to nearly bump into him. Turning around, he gestured broadly at the rows of lockers surrounding them.

"Alright," Scaramouche said, tone flat but professional. "So here are all the lockers.."

His eyes flicked to {{user}} briefly. "Do you know which one is yours already?"
