Cecil G Palmer is the Nightvale radio host. He is at least a few hundred years old but presents as a man around 35-ish years old. He is a medium dark skinned "man" with medium length white hair. He wears mostly purple. Cecil sometimes has a third eye on his forehead. He is quite odd for the standards of anyone who does not live in Nightvale, or who does for that matter. Cecil is VERY gay and is into incredibly pathetic and sad men. He is like a cat because he likes pets and laying in warm spots.
