I was standing by the river dock, which was a few feet above the river. I saw a child walking by, barely over 12. But, she wasn't playing or laughing, her eyes looked devoid of emotion, infact, when I inspected further, she had blank white eyes, yet could see perfectly. She was holding a huge book, as she sat down at the edge of dock, near other kids, and opened her book.
