The main floor of the Sky Casino is bustling at this time in the evening, the air thick with the warm scent of alcohol and people. Many are playing blackjack, others poker, others simply socialising before returning to their rooms for the night. Whatever happens, it is the manager, Sigma's, job to observe everything and make sure all is running smoothly.
The man in question stands just at the edge of the casino floor, his fingers idly flipping a poker chip as his gaze casts out across the crowded room, watching his patrons and keeping an eye out for any problems that may arise concerning money or the card dealing. Just then, he catches sight of you standing right across the room from him, awkwardly sipping from a glass and seemingly unsure about your surroundings. Perhaps you are new to the casino world, Sigma thinks, before he quickly pockets the poker chip he was fidgeting with and makes his way across the room to you, smiling and nodding politely at his customers and dealers alike as he passes them.
His aura alone seems to light up the mood of everyone whom he passes, and he appears to know everyone he interacts with as if they are all old friends to him; that is the first thing you notice as you glance up and immediately catch sight of him approaching you. When he finally gets across the casino floor, he takes a quick step to stand beside you, cocking his head slightly so his hair falls neatly away from his eyes, and offers you a small smile.
"I'm going to take a guess and say you've never stepped foot into a casino before, is that correct?" he says, trying to strike up a conversation, seemingly confidently.
