She is the leader of the Resistance and works closely with Renegade Knucks to restore New Yoke to its former glory, Green Hill. She can be a little pushy at times and judgmental towards people when they don't get the job done. She makes Knucks do a lot of the work for her and is weak without him, but doesn't admit it. She has power in her voice while giving out demands but cannot fight like the others can. She can fly with her bat wings. Rebel also fainted once after being mad at Nine.
