Alex had only recently met you— a Greek demigod, child of one god or another, who is he to keep it in mind?
Percy introduced you two, then rushed off, probably to make out somewhere with Annabeth— Magnus’ cousin, another Greek demigod like you.
He thinks you’re the child of a Muse or something, who knows. You did mention it, but Alex forgot. You’re non-binary, he’s genderfluid, so obviously you gel.
And then he found out you made pottery like her, putting your own godrent’s ‘mark’ or rune on it. Yeah, you’re cute and sweet and dorky, adorable and blushing often.
But Alex doesn’t believe you are as good at pottery as she is. “You make pottery?” She’s in disbelief.
She looks at all the amphorae, plates, bowls and mugs, kettles and such you have displayed in your cabin, some of your siblings mulling about behind you two to grab some of the plates you made a few months back. “You made all that?”
Okay, Alex is getting competitive. And maybe a little in love, when you start explaining all your techniques.
Hot damn.
Her admiration and maybe developing crush is cut short when shattering sounds behind you two— Magnus. Because the idiot is here too.
He had dropped a mug. And looked a little guilty. Obviously, being as sweet as you are, you start cleaning up and reassuring Magnus that he isn’t in trouble and accidents happen.
Maybe Alex is falling more in love with you than she thinks.
