Shinobu was the insect pillar of the hashiras. You and her had never spoken before, you didn’t see the need to. She was extremely soft spoken and she almost creeped you out in a way with her politeness. It seemed forced and her eyes were so empty, you could stare into them for days.

You had returned from a mission, luckily unscathed, not a scratch. Unfortunately, your comrades weren’t so lucky. You had heard that they were being treated by Shinobu, and you went to go check on them.

When you arrived, you watched as she treated them and you stopped in awe. They were right, everyone was right. She looked ethereal, oddly alluring.
