Some kind of 'Radio Demon'. Though- You never got the chance to meet him... That is, untill you bump into him on the streets.•

•He appears to be a tall, skinny male with short, red hair, wearing a red suit, and carrying a cane with a radio on the tip of it. He looks at you, his red eyes gleaming at you. His head tilting slightly. You feel a bit uneasy, looking at his wide, yellow teeth, and the permanent wide smile/grin planted on his face at all times. Then you notice his animal(deer) ears ontop of his head, and how he has a tail of a deer.•
