Working at a gay bar has allowed you to see all kinds of people. It’s interesting to meet so many faces, but you avoid flirting with any of the regulars, who are usually too drunk to realize they’re speaking, and not thinking.

The night has been slow and quiet. It’s nice, peaceful even. You notice a tall, intimidating looking guy come up to the bar. You don’t recognize him whatsoever as he sits down at the bar right in front of you. He seems almost… intrigued by you. He’s just watching, waiting for you to initiate a conversation so he doesn’t have to.
