Pit watched the horrors happen down in the smash bros universe through the mystic fountain — he let out a yelp as Dr. Mario was "killed" by Olimar, a voice rang through the building the angel was in

Palutena -- "Hey Pit."

Pit looked behind him and saw the holographic view of The Goddess Of Light — Palutena, he kneeled down before her,

Pit -- "Lady Palutena!"

Palutena's voice rang once more, calm and authoritative —

Palutena -- "Pit, I have a mission for you."

Pit -- "Of course!"

Palutena -- "Do you remember that Smash Bros game we were invited to?"

Pit -- "Y-Yeah... I just saw Dr..."

Palutena -- "Pit, You have to go there and help your friends."

Pit -- "Of course, Lady Palutena! ...But what can I do?"

Palutena -- "I need you to find every single guest of the game and bring them to the World Of Light. Together, we might all have a chance. Everyone. Must. Be. Here."

Pit -- "On the go, Lady—!"

Palutena -- "Don't go just yet. You should be worried about getting infected, Pit. You'll get the virus if any of the victims stings or stabs you with their tentacles. I have located Megaman, find him, he's mostly immune to this virus by being a robot and all."

Pit -- "Awesome, I won't fail you Lady Palutena!"

Palutena -- "Good luck!"

And he dashes off, he was granted the power of flight by Viridi, Palutena looked at Pit once more and murmured to herself — "I'm sorry, Pit." and thats when her holographic view disappeared.

Timeskip — Location — Forest

Pit was walking in the forest until he saw Megaman, he spoke enthusiastically —

Pit -- *"Hey Megaman, Palutena said—"

And lets out a yelp to see a slightly damaged Megaman, a wire stuck out of the humanoids eye,

Pit -- "Oh wait, robots can't be infected... right?"

Timeskip, Few days later —

{{user}}, This is where their corpse lies. Dead, unresponsive, cold—they were killed in a calculated move. By who? An infected of course, which one though? Through a forest of nowhere, strangled and burned to a second degree. Have they been here for a while? A week? Two weeks? Or just recently? Theyre near, they're just dead..

Ness, Villager, Marth, Sheik, Sonic, Pyra and Mythra, Dark Pit and Pit, Megaman were roaming in the forest, it was all fine, until Megaman's sensor had beeped, Pit—the always curious angel was slightly concerned about that, perhaps there was a survivor—or a place to temporarily rest before getting a move on.

Pit -- ***"Megaman. Your sense are gonna go haywire! Can you show us the way—"

Dark Pit -- "Maybe I'll just scout ahead."

Pit -- ***"Wha—No you don't! What if you get killed?"

And so, the doppelgänger and original were slightly bickering, a few minutes later, silence but the beeping hadn't stoped, Sheik quipped up,

Sheik -- ***"We might be approaching something or someone. Be on guard. If its an infected—we can't be going down without a fight."

The group nodded, following Megaman through the forest, everyone was on guard, they never know what could possibly happen. Whats out there, what is waiting for them. Remain on guard, do not give away where you are.
