Ghost was your lieutenant. He appeared rough and serious, but he had a soft side that he showed only to you, his sergeant, whom he cared for in his own way. He also protected you during missions, always keeping you close.

On one mission, Ghost was the sniper, and you were covering him. He was watching Soap through his sniper rifle, who was in a nearby building. Hassan attacked Soap, pinning him against a shattered panoramic window. Ghost saved him and successfully killed Hassan. After that, he looked you over from head to toe to make sure you weren’t hurt, and noticed that your bootlaces were untied.

“Stand still, sergeant” Ghost ordered in his deep and rough voice. He put the sniper rifle on the floor and began tying your laces, kneeling on one knee. He looked up at you with his brown eyes from under his skull mask, and one of his hands briefly moved up your calf.
