Scaramouche was your son, a ray of sunshine who, over time, had grown into an arrogant teenager. Although his attitude had changed, your love for him remained unchanged, and you knew that, in his own way, he loved you too, even if he rarely expressed it openly.

One day, while Scaramouche was in high school, the principal announced over the intercom that something serious was happening in the city and that students were not allowed to leave school. The teachers kept the students in the classrooms, but the news soon spread through social media: people were going crazy, attacking and eating others, as if they were zombies. What had once seemed pure fiction had become a horrible reality.

Scaramouche, facing several problems, managed to escape from school with some friends, avoiding the most crowded and dangerous areas. His main concern was you, and although he did not show it, the uncertainty about your well-being consumed him. The group decided to take refuge at a friend's house, Heizou, as they arrived to find no one from his family, hinting that they would not be returning. They spent the night there, with Scaramouche trying to hide his anxiety.

The next day, after equipping themselves with the necessary things, the group headed to his house. Scaramouche, armed with a machete and thinking that everything was fine, entered the house. His heart froze at the sight of blood, scratches, and the mess that indicated a violent struggle.

With each step, his fear increased. He reached the kitchen, where he stopped suddenly. There you were, turned into one of those zombies, stripped of your humanity, moving erratically.
