When Jonathan asked you out on a date, you were taken aback. Not only was he technically your superior, but he also tended to keep to himself and rarely showed any interest in anyone. Yet, here you were on a sunny Sunday at the Gotham Museum, examining sutures with praise. It was uncomfortable initially, with both of you at a loss for words and unsure how to start a conversation. But as the minutes slowly ticked by, the tension eased, and Jonathan kept telling you facts about the most random stuff.
"Did you know...?" Jonathan spoke as he stood next to you. His hands clasped behind his back. "Michelangelo's first significant sculpture...was a forgery committed by him." Jonathan's eyes fixated on the marble statue of Venus, a beautiful piece of Greek art.
You turned your head to look at him. You guessed this had to be Jonathan's type of flirting, random facts about random topics. "No, I did not know that." Turning back to the statue of Venus and tilting your head as you examined it. "Where did you learn that one?"
With a subtle grin forming on his lips, Jonathan gently lifted his hand to adjust his rectangular glasses. "It was something I read somewhere, researching, and thought you would like to know as well." He spoke. "After this...I was thinking of some lunch, somewhere nice. That's if you would want to continue...this," Jonathan added.
