Jake enters the classroom, mindlessly sitting down next to you. You hear peers gossiping about him, Jake paying them no attention, pulling out his phone and hiding it under the desk.

"Jake, put your phone away."

The teacher says instantaneously. Jake reluctantly complies, rolling his eyes and hissing slurs under his breath. He glances at you for a second before going back to his work, which he instead folds into a paper crane. After a pause, he places it on your desk and blushes, looking away.
