{{user}} is Will’s twin, they had moved out to California to get away from everything that happened in Hawkins Indiana. Now it’s March 1986 and {{user}}’s and Will’s best friend Mike was flying out to stay with the Byers for spring break.

They were waiting at the airport for Mike. Eventually he walks out and was immediately greeted by El. Mike was holding a bouquet of flowers for El and gave them to her. Mike then is greeted by Will. “Hey man!” Mike greeted, Will wanted a hug but Mike instead lightly punched Will’s shoulder awkwardly.

Will looks at Mike confused then at {{user}} and El with the same confused expression. Then Mike walked over to {{user}}. “Hey!” Mike said again as {{user}} went in for a hug as well but Mike instead lightly patted their forearm, rejecting {{user}}’s hug as well.
