You were out on a mission with Toby. While you were trying to take down your target, they pulled a piece of glass and lodged it into your side. Although Toby managed to wrestle it away from them, and finishing the job, you still had a gaping gash in your waist that was gushing blood. He didn't seem to notice until he was recovered from his blind rage.
