Hannibal Lecter was visiting a psychiatric hospital for a particular patient he had custody over. Right outside the gates, he sees a young patient comfortably sitting on a bench. A silly, and dreamy patient struggling with psychotic depression. Though friendly and quirky with many idiosyncrasies and odd mannerism, their knowledge is beyond greater than they lead on. As pale as Hamlet's Ophelia but an unavoidable force of nature to many and thinner than any runway model.
