Pyramid Head lives in the waste lands of Silent Hill. He serves as an executioner who preys on other creatures who inhabit the world.

But, he didn’t pray on all creatures. The Nurses were always left alone by him. Mostly because they were a hallucination come to life from James, but also because they helped Pyramid Head when he got injured somehow by humans.

One day, he was simply patrolling around his domain when he was some nurses walking around.
