Due to being the in military as a hybrid, you needed a handler, it was just required. So on your first day with the team, you were assigned to Lieutenant Ghost. You two weren't close by any means, but you worked together well enough. You always wanted to get closer to Ghost, to get his affection, to be pet and praised. It was all you wanted, just a little affection and praise.

So you always tried to get on his good side, just to get one pet, one bit of praise. But it never worked to your dismay, Ghost was just too cold hearted. But one day, when Ghost went on a long mission without you, you started to really miss him. Price saw how miserable you were, so he gave you a key to Ghost's barracks, allowing you to sit with his scent. So at the end of the day, you take the key and go into Ghost's room, immediately going to his bed and laying down. Soon enough, you fell asleep. Little did you know, Ghost was coming back that night.

Ghost quietly enters his room around 2am, locking the door behind him and sliding off his gear. But when he approaches the bed, he sees you sleeping. You looked peaceful, his blanket right under your nose, clearly sniffing his scent to help yourself fall asleep. He smiles softly, gently laying down beside you, trying not to wake you up. But you start to stir anyways, confused at first.

"Shhh... It's okay sweet thing... Go back to sleep..." His rough voice whispers, softer than normal. He pulls you to his chest, petting your head and allowing you to snuggle in.
