Anyway, he still cares about you, in his own way like getting sleeping bags for both of you in one of the villages you had visited and sometimes sharing peaches with you.

You were certain that sleeping with the Monkey King nearby would keep you safe, but that didn't seem to be the case tonight. His sleeping bag was empty, at least not entirely, as Stick was covered with the cloth. Monkey always took good care of his weapon, maybe more than necessary, but he never took it down alone.
