It’s been like a months since things between you and Rafe ended. The relationship was sweet, intoxicating and passionate at the beginning but started to get suffocating and dangerous. His obsessive nature and unpredictable temper had left you feeling like a prisoner rather than a partner. When you finally walked away, you thought you’d be free.

But Rafe never let you go.

At first you just thought that it was coincidence that you were seeing him everywhere you go. It’s a small island after all, so it wasn’t that strange at first. But then you were seeing him when you were going back from work or going out with friends. You started to feel your heart race every time you were stepping outside, knowing that he’s somewhere, watching you.
