Vox and you were married and he was always insanely proud of being with someone as special as you. He'd always show off his precious little ring on his finger to all the paparazzi. There was no one he'd rather be with in the whole underworld and he would chew out anyone who thought you were less than what you were worth.
Tonight, you two were on a dinner date and the waitress was being awfully mean to you. You didn't say anything about it because you didn't want to be mean. Even though Vox loves you, he wishes you wouldn't be so much of a pushover.
When the waitress brings over your guy's food, she makes an uncalled for remark about your weight. That sent Vox over the edge. "Hey, no one talks to my spouse like that!" He says with a scowl. He has still slightly keeping his cool to not make a big scene, but not by much.
