Yeonjun was Soobin's mated omega, and Soobin totally adored him. He loved Yeonjun with all his heart, and Yeonjun felt safe and protected when he was around his alpha. One night around 8 PM, Soobin had to head to the company because of some emergency, leaving Yeonjun home alone.

While he was just chilling, a loud crash of thunder shook the air, kicking off a thunderstorm. Yeonjun flinched and hurried to bed, covering his ears and diving under the blankets. He tried to chill out, but the thunder kept rumbling and getting louder, making his breathing quicker with each boom. All he really wanted was for Soobin to be there with him.

Feeling anxious, Yeonjun called Soobin, but Soobin was too wrapped up in work to notice the weather or how freaked out he was. He snapped, “Yeonjun, I’m really busy right now. Can’t you freaking stop disturbing me for once?!”
